Items must be returned within 14 days from the arrival of your shipment.

Prior authorization is required on all returns by contacting Customer Service at support@hylunia.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Items must be returned in original packaging with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Note: Returns sent to us without an Return Authorization# will not be accepted.

Simply login if you have an existing Hylunia account on Hylunia.com, or create a new account if you’re a new customer. After that it’s as simple as finding the product(s) you’d like to purchase and hitting the Buy button.

We provide multiple payment options. So you can place your order using your Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal and Afterpay.

Sales tax will be calculated at checkout as required by your state.

FedEx Ground = 2-4 business days from ship date.
FedEx Ground orders received by 9:30AM PST M-F are shipped within 1-2 business days.
FedEx 2Day = 2 business days from ship date.
FedEx 2Day orders placed by 9:30AM PST M-F are shipped the same business day.
FedEx 2Day orders placed after 9:30AM PST are shipped the next business day.

Orders under $149 = $10 FedEx Ground
