Delivery schedule

  • Orders received by 2:00PM PDT M-F are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
  • Orders received after 2:00PM PDT on Friday are processed and shipped no later than Monday.
  • FedEx 2nd Day orders must be received by 2:00PM PDT M-F in order to be processed and shipped the same day.  FedEx 2nd Day orders received after 2:00PM PDT M-F will ship on Monday.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 14 days from arrival of shipment. Prior authorization is required on all returns by contacting Customer Service at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA#). Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Hylunia. Items must be returned in original packaging with the authorized RMA# number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Note: Returns sent to us without an RMA# will not be accepted.
